Sweet and Sour Thai Chicken
Dinner last night.
We had planned on another recipe for dinner but found we didn't have all of the ingredients. So.. time to go through the pantry and see what we had to work with.
Actually, not too shabby if I say so myself. A saucy, sweet and sour done Thai style (meaning no thick and cloying maraschino sauce).
